1. Agreement to Terms
These terms provide general information about using this website and arranging work with Affordable Tree Services Northern Beaches. The written quote and any agreed job-specific terms also form part of the agreement for the work.
Effective from: 25 March 2026
2. Services
Our services include:
- Tree removal, pruning and controlled reduction
- Stump grinding and removal
- Palm tree services
- Basic arborist reports
- Emergency tree services
- Land and site clearing
Availability depends on the property, access, tree condition, weather, approvals, crew and equipment. We may decline or postpone work that cannot be completed safely or lawfully.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information available and, where arranged, an on-site assessment. Your written quote explains the agreed work, price and any specific inclusions or exclusions.
If the requested work, access or site conditions change, we will discuss any effect on the work or price before continuing. Payment timing and any deposit requirements will be stated in the written quote or invoice.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any job-specific cancellation terms will be stated in the quote. We may also need to reschedule because of weather, unsafe conditions, access, equipment availability or an urgent emergency callout.
5. Limitations of Liability
Before work begins, please tell us about:
- Known underground pipes, cables, irrigation or other services
- Fragile paving, structures, gardens or pre-existing property damage
- Access restrictions, boundary issues or areas the team must avoid
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific responsibility for the agreed work should be read with the written quote.
6. Work Health and Safety
To protect customers, neighbours and the crew, we may:
- Cease work if unsafe conditions arise
- Require clear access to work areas
- Keep people, pets and vehicles outside the work area
- Change the work method if site conditions require it
- Postpone or stop work because of weather or another hazard
7. Tree Condition and Outcomes
Tree condition, growth and future storm damage cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Advice and work are based on the visible conditions and information available at the time.
- Pruning does not remove every future risk from a living tree
- Stump grinding does not necessarily remove the entire root system
- Approval decisions remain with Council or another relevant body
