1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Affordable Tree Services Northern Beaches concerning your access to and use of our tree care services and website.

2. Services
We provide professional tree care services including:
- Tree removal and felling
- Tree pruning and trimming
- Stump grinding and removal
- Arborist consultations and reports
- Emergency tree services
- Land clearing and vegetation management
All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Quotes and Pricing
3.1 All quotes provided are:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Subject to site inspection and assessment
- Inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
- Subject to change if the scope of work changes
3.2 Payment Terms:
- A deposit may be required for larger jobs
- Final payment is due upon completion of work
- We accept cash, direct deposit, and credit card payments
- Late payments may incur additional fees
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Our cancellation policy:
- More than 48 hours before: No charge
- 24-48 hours before: 25% of quoted price may be charged
- Less than 24 hours before: 50% of quoted price may be charged
- No-shows: 50% of quoted price will be charged
If we need to reschedule due to adverse weather, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date at no additional cost.
5. Limitations of Liability
While we take every precaution to prevent damage to property, we cannot be held liable for:
- Pre-existing property damage or conditions
- Damage to unmarked irrigation systems, cables, or pipes
- Weather-related issues during or after service completion
- Underground services not identified by the client
- Natural movement of soil or property after tree/stump removal
6. Work Health and Safety
We maintain strict compliance with WHS regulations. Our team reserves the right to:
- Cease work if unsafe conditions arise
- Require clear access to work areas
- Implement safety zones around work areas
- Refuse work that compromises safety standards
- Postpone work due to adverse weather conditions
7. Warranties and Guarantees
All our work comes with:
- Workmanship warranty as specified in your quote
- Compliance with Australian Arboricultural Standards
- Licensed and qualified arborists performing all work
Please note that we cannot guarantee:
- Tree health affected by pre-existing conditions
- Complete elimination of root systems in stump grinding
- Prevention of natural occurrences such as severe storm damage
